1. The service
Lemma is a tool to capture, organize, and act on your ideas. We may add, change, or remove features over time. The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Lemma. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account
You sign in with a one-time email code or with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Your content
You retain ownership of the ideas, text, images, drawings, and recordings you create in Lemma (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the App to you — including sending audio you choose to transcribe to our transcription provider. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to it, and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose or to store/share illegal or infringing content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems;
• reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App except as permitted by law;
• use the App to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others.

6. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party providers (including Supabase, Groq, Google, and Resend) to function. Your use of features that depend on them may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Fees
Lemma is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or features in the future; any applicable pricing and terms will be presented to you before you are charged.

8. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and the Lemma name and logo are owned by Studio Epshtein and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service. Upon deletion, Your Content is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and availability. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of important content.

11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Epshtein will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
