Delete your Lemma account

You can delete your Lemma account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways:
Option 1 - In the app
  1. Open Lemma.
  2. Go to Account (avatar in the top-right).
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and content are removed right away.
Option 2 - By email
Email us at office@studio-epshtein.co.il from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
  • Your account and login identifiers (email, user ID).
  • All of your ideas — titles, descriptions, notes, tags, and spark ratings.
  • All attached media — photos, drawings, and voice recordings, including any transcripts.
What we may keep
We may retain a limited amount of information where we are legally required to (for example, to comply with tax or security obligations). Such data is kept only as long as the law requires and is then deleted.
